Becky has delivered many high-impact initiatives for clients in diverse industry sectors such as Education, Civil Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Recruitment, Residential Construction, and NFP. The highlights of Becky’s time at Zest include:

  • Partnering with a medical research client to select and implement the best-fit HRIS, including: selection, system scoping, research, demonstrations, workflow planning, system build, training materials, training workshops, change management, and project management.
  • Working closely with an Education client to uplift and improve their payroll process, systems, operations, and customer service.
  • Supporting a small consultancy to develop internal and external surveys to gather and present meaningful industry data.
  • Developing and executing an employee engagement survey for a large building and construction client, including analysing and presenting data and developing meaningful action plans.
  • Key project team member for the development and negotiation of a new Enterprise Agreement for a mid-size professional services business, including BOOT assessments, award interpretation, and complementary policy development.
  • Creating and delivering face-to-face and eLearning HR compliance training for managers and team members for a range of clients.
