Case Study
It is time to power up Linear’s leaders with the skills and confidence to guide their teams and manage operations as the company grows and achieves its ambitions. Up until now, Linear have delivered ad hoc leadership and management training, but what they were really after is something custom-made, continuous, and is integrated into the organisation’s culture and can evolve alongside it..
ZestHR joined forces with Linear to design a custom-made leadership and management program. The four-day program, seasoned with a focus on hands-on skills and ‘learning-by-doing’, was curated around four key themes: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Change, and Learning Organisation.
We designed the materials and branded them exclusively for Linear, using all their internal tools and programs. The first taste of the program was served up by ZestHR to Linear’s executive team, and then the Linear team rolled it out to managers and team leaders.
We used Linear’s own tools to cover all the concepts, making the learning process smoother and more effective.
These workshops are hands-on, engaging, and zeroed in on tackling leaders daily hurdles.
This custom program is like a supercharged team-building exercise. It brought everyone at Linear together to collaborate and foster empathy for each other’s challenges. As a result, we’ve become a stronger team, and we’re thrilled with the outcome.
We made sure to concentrate on a single topic across the board for a good quarter of the year. And the best bit? The leaders took those lessons and put them to work, sparking some real, hands-on changes.
