Over the last thirty years, Damien has worked at all levels of business, from middle management to CEO of a highly successful, multi-faceted organization with a portfolio of 20 companies under his direction. He has navigated market highs and lows, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and issues faced in running a business in a rapidly changing landscape.

Damien has collaborated with internal teams and individuals, helping them draw on their strengths to reach their full potential. He has guided them in developing habits that keep them relevant and connected across multi-generational workforces.

Damien has demonstrated that leading from the heart and connecting with teams not only fosters good human interactions but also builds exceptional leaders.

Today, his focus is on working with motivated executives, senior managers, and emerging leaders—people who are genuinely curious about reaching their next best. Together, they define what that looks like, and Damien provides the tools and an actionable roadmap to help them move from where they are to where they want to be.

Joanna Carson

Jo Carson is a highly experienced Executive with a proven track record in business strategy, transformation, technology, project management and marketing.

She thrives on creating, scaling, and optimising business strategies and portfolios.

Jo’s approach is people-centric, with a deep appreciation for the pivotal role of technology in driving organisational success. Holding an MBA and boasting extensive global experience, Jo has held several not-for-profit Board positions and continues providing strategic advisory to diverse businesses.

Alan Taylor

Al Taylor is a WA business leader, highly regarded for his strategic acumen and creative capability and its application in driving exceptional commercial outcomes.

As Group Managing Director, he played a pivotal role in transforming WA based ad agency 303 into the largest independently owned agency in Australia and it’s subsequent acquisition by listed in the US communication group, IPG.

After serving as Chair of 303MullenLowe, Al joined Hospitality and Brewing Group, Triple-1-Three as CEO. There he was instrumental in developing the Otherside Brewing brand and the establishment and expansion of the entertainment venue portfolio through acquisitions and commercial joint ventures.

After 5 years, Al stepped down in 2022 to concentrate on Taylor Simpson Jones, the strategic advisory he co-founded. Al holds numerous board and strategic advisory positions across diverse industries and is a passionate advocate for the WA arts and culture community.

Scott Anderson

Scott Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of McMullen Nolan Group (MNG). In his role as Managing / Executive Director, he leads the Senior Executive Team and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of MNG, now a nationwide organisation with approximately 300 staff across Australia.

Scott is a strong and passionate member of the community with a deep interest in the land development market, particularly large-scale urban subdivisions. Scott is well regarded for his enthusiasm, integrity and market knowledge.

Scott joined the business in 1990 as a Graduate Surveyor and has since amassed over 30 years of expertise in surveying and geospatial markets, including extensive experience in large urban developments and engineering projects across Australia and globally. He was appointed to the MNG Board in 2002 and became CEO in 2012, playing a key role in guiding the strategic direction of the business.
