When we founded Zest, we set out to challenge how organisations experience HR and how people experience work. We wanted to blend people expertise with smart technology, delivering HR that’s not just compliant or transactional, but insightful, strategic and deeply human.
In under three years, that vision has turned into a thriving consultancy delivering more than 50 projects across health, non-profit, government, defence, property, and construction sectors. From modernising HR and payroll systems to leading culture and capability transformations, our work helps organisations simplify complexity, build capability, and create thriving workplaces.

- Projects expanded from 15 to 53 annually.
- Entirely self-funded, profitable, and purpose-led.

For our community, it means giving back with 5% of profits donated annually, a 10% discount for not-for-profits and Aboriginal-owned businesses, and pro-bono work for small charities.
