JWH Group, a prominent construction company in Perth, has a team of over 300 professionals. As they continue to grow, they needed a reliable HR partner to maintain their positive company culture and prepare their team for future developments. They were looking for someone flexible, capable of handling everything from legal compliance to employee satisfaction and leadership development.
Zest and JWH teamed up for a six-month collaboration, dedicating one day a week to a thorough review of the team dynamics. We evaluated the situation and devised a clear, focused plan. Our first mission was to refresh policies, communicate essential information, and assess team morale through an engagement survey to guide our future actions.
We then increased our efforts to two days a week, working closely with each department to provide advice and support to managers and team members. Drawing from feedback and team assessments, Zest developed customised workshops. We concentrated on key areas like leadership skills and addressing technical HR skill gaps. Throughout, we collaborated with leadership to deliver comprehensive solutions that strengthen leaders and managers.
