Up until now, engagement checks had been informal, but what they really needed was structured insight – something deliberate, data-backed, and ready to guide future strategy.
Zest partnered with Longreach Recruitment to design and deliver a purpose-built employee engagement survey tailored to reflect their culture and priorities. Every step of the process was curated with intention: from crafting the questions and survey structure to building it in SurveyMonkey and managing distribution. We tracked responses, analysed the data, and calculated the eNPS score, pulling together insights into a compelling report and infographic. Zest presented the findings to Longreach’s leadership team, arming them with the clarity and direction to make meaningful, people-first decisions.
