Longreach Recruitment

Engagement Survey

What they said.

The Zest team delved into the feelings and sentiment of our team to allow our leadership to properly understand how they are feeling and where satisfaction and frustration sat. It has helped us improve our approach to team communication and identified areas of improvement that were easily resolved before becoming bigger issues. It was an informative process, and we will repeat it every couple of years to keep on top of things.

Mission Goals

It was time to dial in on what really matters to Longreach’s people. While remuneration is important, the leadership team wanted to go deeper – to understand what benefits truly motivate their employees, how engaged the team feels, and what could take their employee experience to the next level. Up until now, engagement checks had been informal, but what they really needed was structured insight – something deliberate, data-backed, and ready to guide future strategy.

The Solution

Zest partnered with Longreach Recruitment to design and deliver a purpose-built employee engagement survey tailored to reflect their culture and priorities. Every step of the process was curated with intention: from crafting the questions and survey structure to building it in SurveyMonkey and managing distribution. We tracked responses, analysed the data, and calculated the eNPS score, pulling together insights into a compelling report and infographic. Zest presented the findings to Longreach’s leadership team, arming them with the clarity and direction to make meaningful, people-first decisions.
