People Strategy
At the heart of South Perth Hospital (SPH) lies a vibrant community, a close-knit family of 200 individuals. The warmth within the corridors is palpable, embodying the essence of their magic. Di Barr, the newly appointed CEO, is embarking on a mission to develop a People and Culture Strategy. This strategy aims to not only guide SPH into the future but also to preserve its unique spirit, all while aligning with the recently established organisational strategy.
Zest partnered with Di and the in-house team to get a handle on the past and present, and chart a course for the future. We kicked things off with a People Audit, rolling up our sleeves to dig into all the documents, programs, and processes, identifying strengths and spotting room for improvement. Next, we hosted a series of workshops to get input from everyone in the organization about what the future of work at SPH should look like.
We distilled all this into a People Audit and Report and a People and Culture Strategy – a clear roadmap for the future, and a practical action plan to make it happen.
