Leading the HR digital transformation for a client in the defence industry by streamlining payroll and HR systems to align with organisational goals.

Leading the technical implementation of an HRIS for a national maritime group, driving better workflows and employee experience.

Enhancing payroll systems for an employer in the education industry, which involved partnering with the internal team to co-design solutions, build capability, and embed lasting change.

Managing the scoping, investigation, and selection of an HRIS system for a medical research institute, followed by a six-month partnership to implement and integrate the system into their operations.

As a leader in people technology space, Alex has been invited to speak at the Australian HR Institute’s WA conference in 2024 and 2025 and at the 2024 WA HR Leaders Summit.
