Worked as an internal People Partner for a number of large commercial businesses, leading end-to-end people activity across recruitment to employee relations, talent development, and strategic HR alignment.

Conducting people and culture audits, risk assessments, and developing targeted action plans for not-for-profit and private sector clients.

Acting as key consultant and lead report writer for learning and development reviews for large public and private sector clients in 2024 & 2025.

Developing leadership development program materials for clients across multiple industries.

Creating of a core capability framework.
