The Need

Digital Matter, a global leader in GPS and IoT asset tracking, was scaling rapidly across Australia, South Africa, Europe and North America. With growth came the complexity of expanding teams, evolving structures, and increasing demands on leaders. While the business had a strong group of technical and operational leaders, many hadn’t had formal leadership or management development. There was a clear need to:

  • Created a custom Digital Matter leadership framework aligned to their context, values and growth trajectory.
  • Built fully branded, organisation-specific content. No off-the-shelf learning here.
  • Embedded real business scenarios and challenges to ensure immediate, practical application.
  • Designed sessions to be highly interactive, engaging and connection-driven across global teams.
