  • Leading large-scale workforce analytics, engagement, and pay equity initiatives that inform strategic decision-making rather than standalone reporting. This includes complex regression testing for gender pay gap analysis within organisations of over 6,500 employees.
  • Partnering with organisations to design HR systems and operating models that support scale, accountability and cultural consistency. This includes organisational design reviews, development of job families, multi-level capability frameworks, and standardised job description templates.
  • Driving digital HR transformation and system-enabled change, ensuring technology reinforces behaviour, accountability and culture rather than simply automating processes.
  • Using data and insight to challenge assumptions, uncover root causes and support leaders to make better, more informed people decisions.
