Leading large-scale workforce analytics, engagement, and pay equity initiatives that inform strategic decision-making rather than standalone reporting. This includes complex regression testing for gender pay gap analysis within organisations of over 6,500 employees.
Partnering with organisations to design HR systems and operating models that support scale, accountability and cultural consistency. This includes organisational design reviews, development of job families, multi-level capability frameworks, and standardised job description templates.
Driving digital HR transformation and system-enabled change, ensuring technology reinforces behaviour, accountability and culture rather than simply automating processes.
Using data and insight to challenge assumptions, uncover root causes and support leaders to make better, more informed people decisions.
