He has led the procurement, implementation, and optimisation of HR and learning systems, ensuring they integrate smoothly and deliver real business value. Most recently, Daniel supported the WA Health Learning Management System implementation and the ongoing optimisation of MyLearning (IMC). With five years of hands-on experience working with IMC, he brings deep knowledge across system build, governance, data management, and content development.
Alongside this work, Daniel has held Learning and Development managerial and facilitation roles. This experience supports his ability to design practical learning solutions and work closely with leaders to strengthen performance, coaching, and review practices.
Naturally curious and tech-savvy, Daniel works confidently with tools such as the Microsoft Suite (advanced), Power BI, IMC systems, and a range of digital content and video tools. He is flexible, travel-ready, and happy working both on-site and remotely.
