With experience at Chief People Officer level, she blends big-picture thinking with sleeves-rolled-up delivery, quickly building trust and helping leaders focus on what will actually make an impact.

Kassy has partnered with executives, boards and operational leaders across a mix of growing, evolving and highly regulated environments.

Most recently, as Chief People Officer, she helped scale a business from 120 to 270 employees, putting the right structures, systems and governance in place to support growth without losing the heart of the business.

She’s built and embedded end-to-end HR systems including HRIS, payroll, workforce planning, performance and remuneration frameworks, creating consistency, visibility, and better decision-making across organisations. From implementing operating systems to designing job architectures, salary frameworks and reporting dashboards, Kassy ensures the foundations are not just in place, but actually used.

Her sweet spot? Fast-paced environments where priorities are shifting, and teams need clarity, structure and momentum. She brings a balance of commercial thinking and genuine care for people, making sure solutions aren’t just smart on paper but practical, scalable, and lasting.
