Meet Marianne (aka Maz), our Marketing Coordinator and the energy behind how Zest shows up in the world. Maz is the voice, the vibe, and the storyteller behind our brand, bringing Zest to life by turning our values, projects, and impact into content that actually connects. Whether it’s crafting scroll-stopping social media or creating events you’ll be rearranging your calendar for, she makes sure every interaction with Zest feels intentional, engaging, and unmistakably us. Working closely with our leadership team, Maz keeps our presence sharp, consistent, and human, supporting our people, championing our clients, and making sure we stand out for all the right reasons.

Background

With over 20 years of experience in corporate environments, Maz has built her career as the steady hand behind fast-paced, high-performing teams, supporting CEOs and executive leaders in operating at their best.

Maz’s background spans executive support, coordination of meetings and events, and marketing. This gives her a unique ability to connect the dots between people, priorities, and execution. Known for her organisation, adaptability, and calm approach, Maz thrives in environments where no two days look the same.

Within her corporate career, Maz confidently stepped into a new challenge outside her traditional role: taking on the role of Project Coordinator to lead a full office relocation to a brand-new site. From early design inception through to final fit-out and the seamless transition of over 100 staff, she played a hands-on role in shaping a space designed for flexibility and longevity.

Maz also brings experience from her time as a Practice Manager in the aesthetics industry, where she honed her client service and operational skills in a completely different environment.

Now at Zest she’s come full circle, bringing her deep corporate experience, energy, and people-first approach back into the space she knows and loves.
