People Partner.

Tura works in HR, but what really drives her is the people: how they think, what motivates them, and what helps them feel confident and supported at work. She’s the person leaders go to when they want to manage their team better in a way that actually lands. Tura helps leaders understand the people in front of them, adapt how they communicate, and lead in ways that feel natural, not forced. She’s calm, intuitive, and very good at seeing what’s really going on beneath the surface. People tend to trust her quickly. She’s easy to talk to, thoughtful with sensitive issues, and genuinely cares about how work feels for the people inside it.

Background

With a background in psychology, Tura brings a practical, people-first approach to HR. Her work centres on helping leaders and teams communicate better and create environments where people feel safe to speak up, do good work, and grow. She’s deeply interested in how people experience work day to day, and how small shifts in leadership, communication, and systems can make a big difference.

She spends much of her time working closely with leaders through real, everyday people challenges.

Tura helps leaders understand individual behaviour, recognise different working styles, and adapt how they lead so it actually lands with the people in front of them.

Tura’s approach is grounded, thoughtful, and hands-on. With close to eight years of experience in HR, she brings both perspective and practicality to her work. She believes good HR should feel supportive, clear, and human. Not rigid, reactive, or box-ticking. And that when people feel understood and supported, stronger teams and better outcomes naturally follow.
