With a background in psychology, Tura brings a practical, people-first approach to HR. Her work centres on helping leaders and teams communicate better and create environments where people feel safe to speak up, do good work, and grow. She’s deeply interested in how people experience work day to day, and how small shifts in leadership, communication, and systems can make a big difference.
She spends much of her time working closely with leaders through real, everyday people challenges.
Tura helps leaders understand individual behaviour, recognise different working styles, and adapt how they lead so it actually lands with the people in front of them.
Tura’s approach is grounded, thoughtful, and hands-on. With close to eight years of experience in HR, she brings both perspective and practicality to her work. She believes good HR should feel supportive, clear, and human. Not rigid, reactive, or box-ticking. And that when people feel understood and supported, stronger teams and better outcomes naturally follow.
